Yoga/Pilates

Yoga/Pilates taught by Maraha Dickens. My classes are best described as Yoga/Pilates Conditioning. Classes will create whole-body strength and stability in many orientations, offering modifications, prop variations for students of all levels. Move with mindfulness through strong and fluid conditioning cycles that target all the major muscles in your body and then cool down with enough time for more gentle stretching and myofascial release.
