Strength + Restoration - LIVE STREAM

Join from home in your pajamas! We will explore yoga poses, philosophy, poses, lifestyle practices, poses, breathing techniques and poses(!) for living well during a pandemic. It is so important to practice self-care by being grounded in your body, even as emotions and thoughts rapidly come and go in response to our current challenges.
