FREE Community Check-In and Guided Meditation - LIVE STREAMING

If you have been to one of Jane Bear’s classes, specifically her 90 minute Saturday Yoga Flow, you have experienced the “check-in”. The time at the beginning of class where we go around the room and share something that we are experiencing emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, or an intention we have for the class or for the world in general. This time shared is what builds communities, what shows us that we are not alone with our feelings, and what weaves our stories to create a physical manifestation of the oneness that we all are. We are all one, is felt in this time and space shared together.

Due to social distancing, we have lost the ability to be in each others presence, and that is why I want to offer this Community Check-In FREE to anyone who feels that connection missing from there lives right now.

Our time together will be spent going around the circle and sharing, followed by an extended savasana and guided meditation.

Please join us whether you feel up to sharing or not. Sometimes the best medicine is to just listen.
