Gentle Yoga - LIVE STREAM

This 60-minute gentle yoga class is designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Highly individualized and accessible, with a strong emphasis on linking breath with movement. This class will help you move more freely by easing chronic pain, will help you sleep more soundly, and will provide relief from tension, anxiety and depression.
