COMMUNITY

Being a part of a yoga community we re-find the lost sense of community and connection. Like with our yoga practice, the community aspect gives us a sense of union, dissolving separateness, uniting us and improving our social connections. Being part of a yoga community can make us feel less alone and support us through bouts of depression or challenging mental health. When you are part of a supportive community you often share tools and can pick up self care recommendations from others.

Kula Yoga is committed to championing accessibility and equity in the yoga industry and working to learn how we can better serve people of all abilities and backgrounds. We strive to be a welcoming place on Whidbey Island where all can access better living through yoga and community connection.

Sharing this positive experience helps us tune into our collective consciousness, and we remember we are all part of the same and we are not alone.
